Not satisfied with your item? We will make it right. Our company values each and every customer and will do everything to keep them satisfied and happy. 

For items purchased on, free returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days after your purchase was delivered. 


All returned or exchanged items must be:

  • Returned within 30 Days.
  • In new condition.
  • In original packaging.
  • Must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.
  • Returns or exchanges are NOT allowed on special order, engraved items, custom designed merchandise, ear piercing earrings, class rings.
  • For international returns, return shipping and insurance are the responsibility of the customer.

Our Quality Assurance team will inspect your shipment before we can process a refund. If everything looks good, we will credit your original payment method, excluding shipping charges, within 7-10 business days of receiving your return.



  1. In order to return or exchange an item, you need to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. To request an RMA number, please go to the Returns Center
  2. Find an order # from the list of your orders and press the Return button.
  3. Choose the items which you want to return.
  4. Provide Return Reason, Item Condition and Return Resolution.
  5. Describe why you would like to return the item and any additional information.
  6. Submit Request.


  1. Box your item up securely, in the original packaging if possible.
  2. Your packing slip and all original documents MUST accompany your return.
  3. Stick the pre-paid return label on the center of the box or package.
  4. Ship your package pre-paid via USPS to:

Marchello and Co will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, mishandled, or damaged prior to acceptance by carrier when utilizing the prepaid label provided by Marchello and Co or in the event that the prepaid label provided by Marchello and Сo is not used for the return shipment.
