Marchello and Co will gladly pay for free Ground shipping for every order valued over $50 via FedEx, UPS or USPS depending on the order. However, should you return an item, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your total refund.
Once processed, your order will be shipped out and arrive at your designated shipping destination according to the delivery method you selected when you placed your order. Current shipping and delivery options for in-stock items include the following;
- Standard - FREE on orders over $50: Orders will be shipped via USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Services and should arrive within 2-7 business days* of being shipped from our warehouse.
- Standard - $7.99 on orders less than $50: Orders will be shipped via USPS First Class and should arrive within 2-7 business days* of being shipped from our fulfillment center.
- Express - $14.99: Orders will be shipped via FedEx 2nd Day and should arrive within 2 business days* of being shipped from our
- PO Box** - FREE on orders over $50: Orders will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail and should arrive within 2-9 business days* of being shipped from our warehouse.
- APO/FPO** - FREE on orders over $50: Orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail and should arrive within 7-14 business days* of being shipped from our warehouse.
*Transit times listed in this section do not include order processing time. All items have a "Processing Time" and a "Transit Time".
** APO/FPO and P.O. Boxes may only be shipped via U.S. Postal Service and will require additional time for delivery.
For your security, any packages valued at $300 or more will require a signature.
We aim to be as accurate as possible when calculating the arrival date for your purchase, but some factors may cause that to change, such as:
- COVID-19 delays.
- Domestic and international holidays.
- Weather delays.
- Other shipping/vendor service disruptions.
- APO/FPO/DPO orders going through the Military Postal Service Agency (MPSA).
